Elinchrom Litemotiv 120 cm. From monster Beauty Dish to monster Softbox! Introducing the Elinchrom Litemotiv range, the parabolic extension to Elinchrom's Rotalux Deep Octa 70 and 100cm softboxes. These 16 sided softboxes produce close to perfect circular catch-lights and with a heavy duty bracket (sold separately) for  precise and easy positioning of the light.

Improved Durability

The new material used in the Litemotiv softboxes is more durable than the Elinchrom Rotalux range. Improved heat and tear resistance ensures the longevity of your Litemotiv. Furthermore, a removable central ring of soft box material (the area closest to your flash head) allows for heat dissipation during extensive use of hot modelling lights, and can be replaced at a fraction of the softbox price should it get damaged.

More Efficient

The improved design of the Litemotiv fabric is more efficient up to 1/3 stop. Get the most out of your flash heads with Litemotiv. Each soft box comes equipped with a velcro attachable inner diffuser and front diffuser. Use both together to create a beautiful soft light source, or remove the front diffuser (or both) to get a beauty dish style lighting effect. We recommend adding an Elinchrom Deflector set to your Litemotiv, to open up a variety of creative option.

The 16 anodised rods are heat-resistant, enabling work with high temperature light sources. They are made out of flexible aluminium so that they follow the parabolic shape of the Litemotiv. The colour coding of the bracket and rods enable trouble free assembly. These are studio softboxes but their construction make them simple to setup but also to disassemble.

The double diffusion panels have been specialy designed to produce very soft light. The innner diffuser also incorporates a central circular panel to avoid any hotspot, thus offering the most homogenous light possible. It is possible to remove both diffusers to obtain a very crispy and contrasty light, similar to beauty dish... but in much bigger!

The fabric of the Litemotiv softboxes is unique. It offers 30% more light output than our standard Rotalux fabric, also used for Portalite, while being just as lightweight. It also offers the same distinctive Elinchrom look than our other softboxes but this fabric is heat-resistant, meaning that 650W hot lamps can be used with Litemotiv.

Designed to carry the Litemotiv 120 cm and the incredible 190 cm, this bracket takes off all stress from the unit while providing easy positioning of the light.

Broncolor Beautybox 65, without speed ring. A octa shaped softbox with a dull white inside coating. This prevents the creation of double shadows, which is usually common with beauty reflectors. Classically, a beauty box uses only one small counter reflector. Included with the Beautybox 65 is a double sided gold and white double reflector and an additional transparent white one.
In addition, a front diffusor is included as well. When mounted, the light of the Beautybox 65 is similar to one of an Octabox. A textile grid is available optionally.

Broncolor Octabox 75, without speed ring. The Beautiful: Octagonal soft box with half the diameter and a quarter of the illuminated area of the Octabox 150. It is notable for the very homogeneous illumination it provides and the rounded eye-lights, but its light is a good deal harder than from its larger sister. It is therefore the first choice for classical portrait and powerful beauty lights. The amount of diffusion can be adjusted via a removable baffle and front panel. Also, it is able to accept grids and other light modification accessories.

Broncolor Octabox 150, without speed ring. The Ultimate: The larger of the two Octaboxes. Light quality is similar to that of a rectangular Softbox of a similar size. But the octagonal form provides even more homogeneous illumination. Particularly in portrait and beauty photography the rounded reflections in the eyes are preferred to those from rectangular Softboxes. The amount of diffusion can be adjusted via a removable baffle and front panel. Also, it is able to accept grids and other light modification accessories.

How many times have you been on location and wished you had a truly portable softbox? Until now, softboxes have generally been seen as a studio item either because they are too bulky to carry or take too long to assemble. A unique speedring adaptor attaches in less than ten seconds with NO SCREWS, RODS OR FASTENERS of any type! EZYBOX really is up in a flash. The new 45cm x 45cm Ezybox Hotshoe coverts your battery operated tilt head flash gun from a harsh directional light into a soft light, that can then be mounted onto either a light stand or a camera bracket. The Ezybox Hotshoe folds flat in the same way as the other Ezybox models, but does not collapse.

Videos

A Hot Shoe flash usually produces a harsh light and tend to create shadows with sharp edges. EzyBox Hot Shoe, thanks to the double diffusors, creates a softer light and evenly distribute the light over the subject. The 54 x 54 cm Ezybox Hotshoe converts your battery operated tilt head flash gun from a harsh directional light into a soft light that can then be mounted onto either a light stand or a camera bracket.

The Ezybox Hotshoe folds flat in the same way as the other Ezybox models, but does not collapse.

A Hot Shoe flash usually produces a harsh light and tend to create shadows with sharp edges. EzyBox Hot Shoe, thanks to the double diffusors, creates a softer light and evenly distribute the light over the subject. When the flash is mounted on the tripod, instead of on the camera’s flash shoe, the light will get a completely different character!

The new Ezybox Hotshoe plate (2414) is now compatible with the Nikon SB900 Flashgun

Stable bracket for camera flash and tripod

Ezybox Hotshoe is provided with a stable bracket compatible with camera flash and tripod. The bracket is adjustable and fits most models. To give Ezybox Hotshoe even more flexibility, it’s recommended that an Swiveling adapter could be mounted between the softbox and the tripod. See accessory list.

Adapter for Elinchrom Quadra

With an adapter (purchased separately) it’s possible to mount Ezybox onto a Quadra head. Adapters are also available for Metz flashes and Quantum.

Multiple different diffusors

Inner and outer diffuser are included. The front cover is slightly recessed and gives an increased control of the light. For more creativity and flexibility you can complement with extra diffusors, such as black, round and strip masks. The round mask gives beautiful “catch lights” and is perfect for portrait. The strip mask is suitable for product photography, giving a formative and nice-looking reflection to the subject.

Easy to bring

When EzyBox Hotshoe is not used, it’s easily fold and stored in the carrying bag.
