Tilta Dual-sided Cine Follow Focus. This dual-sided follow focus has a 1:1 hand wheel-to-gear ratio for extremely accurate focus pulls. The dual-sided design allows you to adjust your lens focus from either side of the camera.
It attaches to both 15mm LWS and 19mm rod supports by snapping onto the rods. This allows you to adjust, mount and remove it without the need to remove other accessories that are also mounted onto the rods (such as matte boxes and lens supports).

The gear is attached to a swivel that allows you to rotate it against the lens for a tight fit. You can also slide the whole unit from side-to-side, allowing you to easily adjust to fit any size of lens.

Tilta Tiltaing Mini Follow Focus. FF-T07. The Tiltaing Pocket Follow Focus allows you to take full creative control of your image acquisition. Use the included 15mm rod and single-rod clamp to mount the unit or mount the clamp on any standard 15mm rod. Smooth focus control is at your fingertips with hard stops that give you the freedom to pull focus between two specific distances with ease and precision. The locking system easily engages and disengages hard stop limits without the need to have these removed and lose their position.

The follow focus rotates 360°, and the fluid damping system on the focus wheel mimics the feel of the lens to help with accurate handling. The included 0.8 MOD gear is compatible with most cinema lenses, as well as the photo lens gear ring that comes in the box, which also includes a removable marking disk. A hard-shell safety case fits all the components, making it ideal for transport and storage.

TILTA Nucleus M Wireless Lens Control System. The Nucleus-M is a revolutionary and highly customizable 3-channel wireless lens control system. It allows you to have full control of focus, iris, and zoom on either the FIZ hand unit or between the two wireless hand grips. You can even split control of the channels between the hand unit and wireless hand grips as you see fit with the push of a button. The wireless range of both the hand unit and hand grips is 1,000 feet and with the planned upcoming transmission upgrade, the range can reach up to 1 ¼ miles! This makes it ideal for drone or car-mounted shots. The hand grips can be attached to the included rosette mounts for handheld operation and can also be attached to top bar-based gimbals with the included Nucleus-M Hand Grip to Gimbal Adapters or to ring-based gimbals with the optional Nucleus-M Hand Grip Universal Gimbal Ring Adapters.

Direct communication

Each motor has its own built-in motor drive that communicates directly with the hand unit and hand grips. This negates the need to mount a separate MDR to your rig, allowing for a more compact camera setup and a quicker setup time. Simply set the motors and hand unit/hand grips to the same channel and you will have full control. The motors allow for automatic calibration of the lens as well as manual calibration if you are using lenses that don’t have hard end stops at close focus and infinity. The motors are designed to clamp onto 19mm or 15mm rods (with the included rod bushings). This clamp-on design allows you to easily attach and detach the motors without needing to remove any other accessory from your setup. Every motor has a 0.8 mod, 35 tooth, 32 pitch gear attached, which is the standard gear size for cinema lenses. The torque of the Nucleus-M Motor at 14.8V is 2.5N·m.

Power the motors

To power the motors, only one power port on your camera rig needs to be used. Simply plug the P-tap power cable into one of the motors and then daisy chain power to the rest of the motors with the short 7-pin to 7-pin cables. The motors can be powered through a power source that has a voltage output ranging from 7.2V-24V. The hand unit and hand grips are each powered with two 18650 rechargeable batteries (batteries NOT included). When fully charged, the batteries in the hand grips last up to 2 days, while in the hand unit they last up to 10 hours. Remote start/stop is possible by plugging a compatible Nucleus-M R/S cable into the open 7-pin port of a motor. This then gives you R/S capabilities through the hand unit and/or the handles.

** PLEASE NOTE: The R/S cables we offer for our wooden handles ARE NOT compatible with the Nucleus-M since the engineering and pin configurations are completely different. Using the wooden handle R/S cables are not safe to use with the Nucleus-M. Only use cables that have been developed by us exclusively for the Nucleus-M system.

It offers seamless integration with select camera systems through USB-C, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connections, facilitating focus, iris, and zoom adjustments.

Touchscreen Handwheel Controller

The 1.6" touchscreen on the controller's dial displays vital information including wireless channel, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth status, battery level, and standby mode. Central to the screen are the FIZ (focus, iris, zoom) parameters and A/B stop settings, with options for screen lock and switching between automatic and manual focus. From the main screen, users can navigate to two additional menus: one for locking and adjusting settings of the connected camera, and another for viewing current lens data. The interface also provides access to pairing and manual controls for a compatible, separately purchased motor, along with further customization options for the hand unit.

Offset Motor Design for FIZ Lens Control

This motor features an offset design, positioning the drive away from the main gear to maintain contact with the lens during operation. It's equipped with a 0.8 MOD gear, compatible with most standard cinema lenses, and includes an adapter ring for use with DSLR and mirrorless camera lenses. The motor boasts two USB-C ports: an I/O port for both input and output functions, and a dedicated input port. This setup not only powers the motor but also allows for daisy-chaining multiple motors, enabling control of focus, iris, and zoom (FIZ) from a single power source.

USB-C Connectivity and Power Options

The hand unit's USB-C port supports wired connections with compatible cameras, recharges its internal battery, and allows for firmware updates, either through this connection or Wi-Fi. Additionally, the Nano II can be powered through contact points on its back, compatible with certain Tilta power accessories. Professional batteries, power banks, or Tilta's own power handles (available separately) can be used to power the motor via its USB-C input. This robust system offers up to 20 hours of continuous operation.

Easy Pairing and Setup

Choose a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel to wirelessly connect the hand unit to the lens motor. Simply press the pairing button on the motor to establish the connection and switch between modes: iris, zoom, or focus control. Each mode is indicated by a different light color on the motor - green for iris, blue for zoom, purple for focus, and yellow when unassigned. For automatic calibration of the motor, simply hold down the pairing button.

Hand Unit with Integrated Controls

The hand unit is equipped with a run/stop button that not only powers the unit but also sends run/stop commands to the connected camera through USB-C and Wi-Fi. A versatile zoom rocker allows for the adjustment of the lens's zoom, focus, or iris via a Bluetooth-connected motor. The function button is used for calibrating motors and setting A/B stops. The TF/DF switch offers flexibility in wheel control: TF mode is ideal for use with the Nucleus motor, whereas DF mode is optimized for the DJI Focus Motor. Adjusting the wheel control in either mode alters the FIZ sensitivity.

Versatile Compatibility Features

The Nano II seamlessly integrates with older Nucleus-Nano and Nucleus-M lens motors, ensuring easy incorporation into existing setups. It's also compatible with various camera models, including the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, Sony FX3, and Canon EOS R6 Mark II, allowing for wireless control directly from the hand unit. Additionally, the system can be mounted on DJI RS 2 or RS 3 Pro gimbals using the provided 15mm rod mounting accessories, offering further integration flexibility.
