During transport, the 75 cm round reflective screen is folded to only 35 cm in diameter and then stored in the supplied case. Unlike many traditional reflector/diffuser panels that incorporate a steel rim pop up design, the 82cm HaloCompact is constructed using Manfrotto innovative RapidExoframe™ technology. The collapsible lightweight aluminium frame quickly slots together and the reflector or diffuser fabric cover simply clips onto the frame. Skylite Rapid Medium Kit 1.1x2 meters

Skylite Rapid Medium is a rectangular diffuser/reflector screen that works excellently when handheld or mounted on a stand. The surface is large enough to diffuse harsh sunlight in photo and film production, or as a reflector when you need to brighten the shadow side of the subject.

Diffuser 1.25 F-stops

The included diffuser reduces light flow by 1.25 f-stops, providing beautiful light with smooth transitions to shadows, similar to larger softboxes. Ideal for softening harsh sunlight or diffusing flash light.

Double-Sided Reflector Silver - White

The Skylite Rapid Medium Kit includes a reflector with one white side and one silver side, offering the ability to brighten the shadow side of the subject or illuminate a subject standing in the shade. The white side provides a soft reflection of sunlight or flash light, resulting in gentle shadow lifting. The silver side reflects light more intensely, perfect when a more subdued key light is needed.

Sturdy Aluminum Frame

The Skylite Rapid features a sturdy aluminum frame that is easily assembled thanks to an elastic cord that holds the different tube ends together (similar to tent poles). The frame is designed to withstand wind, making the Skylite Rapid suitable for use in most situations. Complement the frame with holders, such as the Manfrotto Griphead LA-8446, for mounting on a stand.

Fabric with Clips

The fabrics have sewn-in metal rods along the edges, equipped with several clips. The metal rods keep the fabric taut and flat regardless of the Skylite Rapid’s position. The clips make mounting and dismounting easier.
