What kind of payment method can I use?

Invoice

After placing an order you will shortly receive a letter containing your invoice. It will be sent to you as your order is being sent from the warehouse. Payment due within 10 days, unless other agreement has been done.

Klarna

• Klarna Invoice is a safe and easy payment method.
• You always pay after you recieved your order.
• Payment is normally due within 14 days but other options could be selected through Klarna.
• You do not have to provide any card details.
• Always 14 days of right to withdraw your purchase.
• Easy to download your invoices from klarna.se
• Partial payment is possible.

Paying by card

Safe card payments with Visa or MasterCard is done with DIBS Payment Services. You will automatically be sent to a secure page with SSL-certificate at DIBS Payment Services where you safely can enter your details and complete the payment instantly. You will receive a confirmation if the payment was sucessful.

I can’t find my invoice, can you send me a copy?

If you have an account with us you can find copies of all your invoices and orders under “My account” and “Order Overview”. If your not a registred customer you can contact us by e-mail or phone and we will send you a copy.

Is it possible to change the due date on my invoice?

If the due date for some reason is not suitable, make sure to contact us and we will agree on a more appropiate date.

Is it possible to change the due date on my Klarna invoice?

If you selected the Klarna Payment method you can choose between different payment dates. If you have any questions, please contact Klarna

Can I pay by invoice as a company?

Companies can pay by invoice by choosing “Invoice Company” as payment method in “Check out”. The invoice will be sent to you by mail at the same time as your order is being sent from warehouse. The invoice is due within 10 days unless other agreement has been done.

When will my card be charged if I choose card payment?

Your card will be charged immediately. We currently do not have the opportunity to reserve a purchase, until your order has been delivered.

Will I recive a reicept on my order?

Card Payment

When choose card as your payment method we will send you a reciept with your order. Save this for warranty or in case of complaints.

Invoice

Save your invoice for warranty or in case of complaints.

Klarna

Save your Klarna invoice and your order confirmation from Aifo in case of complaint or warranty.

Why can I not pay by invoice?

A check of your credit information will automatically happen when you select to pay with invoice. If the credit check does not meet the criterias, purchase by invoice will be denied.

You can instead pay by card or with Klarna.

Invioce check list

• We only accept orders by invoice from those who are over 18 years.
• Delivery must be to your registred address.
• You need to enter your Social Security number (this is checked against the address you are registered at)
