The MVH500A head is designed for HDSLR and mirrorless cameras with a wider platform and sliding plate to balance various setups. Despite its compact size, it delivers smooth, controlled shots for rigs weighing up to 5 kg, making it the most compact head in Manfrotto’s successful Bridging Technology™ line.
Replacing the popular 701HDV head, the MVH500A features professional fluid cartridges on both pan and tilt axes, ensuring beautifully fluid camera movements every time.
Thanks to the side lock system, the camera and quick-release plate can be clicked in from the top rather than slid in from the rear. This simplifies and speeds up camera mounting and dismounting, with no secondary lock required. The head includes a pre-set counterbalance of 2.4 kg and supports payloads up to 8 kg. It also features an Easy Link 3/8" connector for external monitors or accessories.
The MVT502AM tripod is a traditional twin-tube, 2-stage aluminium video tripod that combines professional features with lightweight portability. Its elliptical aluminum legs with updated flip locks offer excellent rigidity and stability while keeping weight low. The mid-level spreader improves usability and handling, and the rubber feet ensure a secure grip on all surfaces.
Includes a padded carrying bag with elastic strap for safer and easier transport.
